​At Gagrat Vastra, we aim to deliver your women’s kurtas safely and on time. Please read our shipping guidelines carefully.

1. Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placing the order.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time Estimated delivery timelines:
  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 5–9 business days
  • Remote/Interior Areas: 7–12 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier service performance, location, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping during special promotions or above a minimum order value.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • COD may be available for select locations.
  • Additional COD charges may apply (depends on courier).
5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped:
  • You will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
  • You can track your package using the link provided
If tracking is not updated, please wait 24 hours for the courier system to refresh.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery Your order may be returned to us if:
  • The address is incorrect or incomplete
  • The customer is unavailable during delivery
  • Phone number is unreachable
  • Courier is unable to deliver to the location
In such cases:
  • Re-delivery charges may apply
  • Refunds for undelivered orders (except COD issues) will be processed after deducting shipping costs
7. Damaged / Open Package at Delivery If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered:
  • Please do not accept the package
  • Take pictures/video and contact us immediately
  • We will assist with a replacement or resolution
8. International Shipping Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We only ship within India.
