At Gagrat Vastra, your satisfaction is our priority. We ensure high-quality women’s kurtas, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Only eligible for non-sale items and non-customized products.
- Products bought during sale or special discount offers
- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Customized or made-to-order kurtas
- Accessories (if any)
- Wrong size delivered
- Wrong product received
- Manufacturing defects

- Share your order ID, reason for return, and product images
- Our team will verify and confirm the return request
- Reverse pickup will be arranged (if available in your area)
- After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it
- Refund/Exchange will be processed
- To the original payment method (UPI, bank, card, etc.)
- Within 7–10 working days after quality check
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Once shipped, the order can only be returned through the return process.
- Share unboxing video/photos within 24 hours of delivery
- We will replace the product or issue a refund after verification
