Return Policy

At Gagrat Vastra, your satisfaction is our priority. We ensure high-quality women’s kurtas, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only eligible for non-sale items and non-customized products.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Products bought during sale or special discount offers

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Customized or made-to-order kurtas

  • Accessories (if any)


3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Wrong size delivered

  • Wrong product received

  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange is subject to availability of stock. If the desired size is not available, we may offer store credit or a refund.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@gagratvastra.com 
  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and product images ​
  3. Our team will verify and confirm the return request

  4. Reverse pickup will be arranged (if available in your area)

  5. After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it

  6. Refund/Exchange will be processed


5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method (UPI, bank, card, etc.)

  • Within 7–10 working days after quality check

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order can only be returned through the return process.


7. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Share unboxing video/photos within 24 hours of delivery

  • We will replace the product or issue a refund after verification
